  • This project has a high scientific objectiv, to elaborate technologies for the obtaining Inteligent polymer composites with antifouling properties for maritimes ships insulation and antifouling protection without adding the actives biocides elementes in their compositions and also identification antifouling materiales influences against sea environment

OBJECTIVES

SCIENTIFICS OBJECTIVES:

MAIN SCIENTIFICS OBJECTIVES:
  1. Laboratory and pilot technologies elaboration for obtaining anticorrosive insulate and antifouling protection products. Assimilation for the anticorrosive and antifouling polymeric composites and coatings in the romanian industries.
  2. Elaboration of new technologies and development of the old technologies for resins obtaining. The obtained resins must be compatible with the polymeric matrix of the composites and coating and they have to work in the sea water conditions . The resins have to concede self polishing properties for the insulating composities
  3. Elaboration of new technologies for applying of antifouling products
  4. Elaboration of new technologies for synthesis of auxiliars (antioxidants, plastifiants, chain extenders catalizators etc.)

SUBSIDIARY SCIENTIFICS OBJECTIVES:
  1. Effectuation of a study relating to the influence to the environment of the antifouling compounds obtained with the elaborated technologies in the project. This study will be unrolled on the whole period of the project derulation. The results of the study will be decisives for the final objectives of the project
  2. Effectuation of the research subsidiary activities by testings and experimentations with obtained products
  3. Elaboration of the documentation - data documents for the obtained products;
  4. Leading support activityes - participateing to the scientifics manifestations, dissemination of the researchings results, workings delegations.

TECHNICALLY OBJECTIVES

  1. Modernization and development of technologies in the departament of the industrial plant who assimilate the results of the researchings, the future industrial producer.
  2. Assimilation in specific romanian industries of the advanced products, substances and compounds, assimilation of the specific machines and devices , assimilation of the specific packages.
The technically objectives will be realized simultaneous with scientific objectives.

ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVES

The scientific objectives referring of the environmental aspects will result objectively because of using the biocides in technologies. This substances have a special working and/or using regime, established by the laws. The great producers often avoid to precise what are the real effects against the environment of the used biocides.
  1. Identification and quantification organic and inorganic polluting agents apport given by the insulations applied on the metallic submerged structures.
  2. Analyse of the environment impact given by the active elements from the insulating receptures;

ECONOMIC OBJECTIVES

  1. The products made on technologies elaborated are put forward in fabrication and implicit proffit is generate at the economic agent because of the high necessary and high prices of this products.
  2. Diminution of currency effort at the economic agent by assimilate in manufacturing and diminuate the importation of this products
  3. Creating availabilities for exportation and currency contribution for National Economy
  4. Reducing working expenses for maritime ships and metallic submerged structures, by resolving for a long period the corossion and fouling problems;

SOCIAL OBJECTIVES

  1. Creating new jobs by development of the industry especially the industrial plants wich will apply the results of researchings and will assimilate in manufacturing:
    • Modernization and development of technologies in the departament of the industrial plant who assimilate the results of the researchings
    • Modernization and development of the industrial plants for manufacturing auxiliars (antioxidants, plastifiants, chain extenders catalizators, resins );
  2. Increasting the salary for personal by increasting of working productivity, development of technologies resulting from research activity by applying the results of researchings;
  3. Incresting of protection of personal by diminution of human effort (ergonomical effects),
  4. Preserving the working places from Romanian industries by using preponderant raw materials in the technolo-gies elaborating process from romanian industrial portofolio.
